We will offer a fix price for the repairs,for example if your laptop screen needs replacement we will advise you of the total cost to do so.If you only want us to diagnose the problem then we will just charge you to identify the problem, not both.

We repair faults within 2-3 days. If we need to order parts then we can get these within a few days. We realize how difficult being without your computer can be and we will always try to get it back to you as quickly as possible.
Do you charge for consultancy? ?
It depends, if you are seeking consultancy on PC or desktop its free! However, consultancy on networking, servers, CCTV installations, server room-cabling and more technical solutions will attract a cost.
